Payment terms

Payment to be made by Bank Transfer, details upon booking. Deposit required at time of booking 20%. Remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday start date.

Security deposit

A fully refundable £200 security deposit is required together with the booking balance 8 weeks prior to holiday start date.

We are pet friendly by prior arrangement, a supplement of £25 per dog is payable.

Check-in time is from 1600hrs

Check-out is 1000hrs

There is free WiFi throughout the Gite, gardens & poolside. Guests will be held responsible for any illegal downloads whilst using the free Wifi at Vacheroy Gite. Please ensure any downloads are bonifide as the French Authorities do prosecute.
Vacheroy gite is non-smoking accommodation.
